The centerpiece (2nd) video episode for every painting featured on the disk (available via the "The Amazing Canvas" menu choice) is the one that gave the whole line of animated painting products its name. That's where the painting comes alive, via multitude of superbly designed digital effects happening in parallel to each other. For the most of the animated paintings on this disk, the number of incorporated effects is well over twenty. Some of them can be easily seen during the 3 min.-long episode playback (which will enter a seamless loop without any time limit, when launched via that menu choice), but many are much more subtle, - they are made this way on purpose, such that the viewer could have a chance to discover something new, something different each time he/she has started the painting to play again.

The two 15-20 seconds-long Flash video samples below will demonstrate you some of the effects used (click on the painting's thumbnail or the title link, to load playback page for the corresponding animation effects sample).

It begs repeating here that, even if you find you are unable to discover all those 20+ effects in an animated painting, I can assure you that they are all there nevertheless. It just might take some patience, an eye put at ease during the show, - and an eye that is used to appreciate the fine art, in the first place. And the last but not least: you need a Full HD tv set (just a "HD-ready" one will obscure a good half of the effects, sorry to inform you), connected to a Blu-ray player working at the 1080p playback resolution. That's what it takes, I believe, - to enjoy the fine art displayed on-screen, in all its beauty!
